The program is designed for individuals who've had long term issues with over eating and emotional eating leading many individual to be obese resulting in type 2 diabetes. Although the primary focus is not on type 2 diabetes, the emphasis is on weight loss resulting from emotional eating. Clients without type 2 diabetes who are interested in the program can still participate for weight loss and to address emotional eating. This 12-week program if followed correctly with definitely show progress within the first few weeks.
